At PhotoRestoration, we are dedicated to providing a high-quality AI photo restoration service. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This policy outlines when you are eligible for a refund.

When You Can Get a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund on your credit package purchase under the following conditions:

  • You request the refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • You have not used any of the credits from the purchased package.
  • A major, verifiable technical failure on our platform prevented you from using the service.

What's Not Refundable

We generally do not offer refunds in these situations:

  • For any credits that have already been used to process an image. Each restoration consumes resources, and this part of the service is non-recoverable.
  • If you are simply unsatisfied with the artistic or subjective quality of the AI restoration. The nature of AI means results can vary.
  • For subscriptions or credit packages after 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team by sending an email to the address below.
  2. Include the email address associated with your account and the order number of the purchase you wish to have refunded.
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request.
  4. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the outcome.

Credit Packages vs. Subscriptions

Our services are based on credit packages, not recurring subscriptions. You only pay for the credits you purchase, and they do not expire. There are no automatic recurring charges.

A Note on Service Quality

We continuously improve our AI models, but the final quality of a restoration depends heavily on the resolution and condition of the original image. We encourage you to use the free preview to gauge the potential outcome before using a credit.

Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside of these guidelines on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion.
