- You experience a critical technical issue that prevents you from using our photo restoration service, which our technical team is unable to resolve within 7 days of your report.
- The AI restoration fails to process your photos due to a system error on our end, and we cannot provide a satisfactory alternative solution.
- You are charged multiple times for the same credit purchase due to a payment processing error.
- You cancel your subscription within 24 hours of your initial purchase (one-time refund for new users only, applicable only if no restoration credits have been used).
Non-Eligible for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You have used restoration credits or successfully processed photos with our service, regardless of satisfaction with the restoration quality.
- You request a refund after the eligible refund period (24 hours after initial purchase for subscriptions, or after using any restoration credits).
- You violate our Terms of Service or use our services for prohibited activities.
- You report dissatisfaction with the restoration results due to personal preferences or expectations that differ from our service capabilities.
- Issues arising from poor quality or heavily damaged source photos that are beyond the technical capabilities of AI restoration.
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your account email, order details, and the specific reason for your refund request. Include any relevant screenshots or error messages if applicable.
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and may ask for additional information to verify the issue.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Credit and Subscription Policies
Unused restoration credits do not expire and will remain in your account. Cancelling your subscription will stop future billing but does not automatically qualify you for a refund of previous charges. Your access to premium features and unused credits will continue until the end of your billing period.
Service Quality Guarantee
While we cannot guarantee specific restoration results due to the varying condition of source photos, we commit to providing our best AI-powered restoration service. If you experience consistent technical failures or system errors, please contact our support team for assistance.
Special Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside of these guidelines in exceptional circumstances, such as verified system outages or widespread service disruptions. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of AI Photo Restoration management.
